This month, our Blue Marine Foundation team, visited BLUE’s sustainable fishing project in Lyme Bay. Local fishermen involved in the scheme have drawn up a code of conduct, which involves fishing in a sustainable way, and can then sell their fish through the Reserve Seafood Label, which commands higher prices.
