Our #heroes are back! We started to recover the ghost nets lost in the sea as part of the Healthy Seas project thanks to the local divings: Lipari Diving, Diving Center Saracen, Diving center La Gorgonia. More nets have already been recovered between Lipari and Vulcano, one in particular nearly 100 meters long.
We thank the Coast Guard for supporting us above water and the Municipality of Malfa for the temporary storage of the nets, which will be sent for recycling.
