An olive oil mill in Stromboli island! The ÈOLIO project by Attiva Stromboli receives the support of the Aeolian Islands Preservation Fund.
The ÈOLIO project is an initiative that involves and unites the community of the island, in conservation actions of a precious asset characterizing the Aeolian landscape, the olive trees, in a perspective of sustainability.
3500 kilos of olives have been harvested and 450 kilos of oil have been produced in 2019.
