We are happy to announce the launch of the “GODO goes Aeolian“ menu! The Aeolian menu has been created by the michelin starred chef at Hotel Signum, Martina Caruso in collaboration with the starred chef Tommaso Arrigoni. It is based on the union of exclusively hand-selected ingredients: a unique occasion to taste the Aeolian flavours, when not in the Aeolian Islands! Part of the sales will be donated to AIPF!
